<--This is us. We are Barry & Liv, owners of Restore Prehabilitation & Recovery® which we started from scratch 8 years ago from one clinic room in our house, to now a fully functional movement clinic and gym in Christchurch.
After experiencing life-altering injuries of our own (5 complex spinal surgeries between the two of us), we were driven to create a better way to develop better humans- realising the limitations of traditional approaches to movement and fitness. We packed our bags and set off to the USA and UK to bring home the most cutting edge movement therapy techniques. 8 years on, we are still constantly learning and developing.
We’re not about quick fixes or band-aid solutions. We’re about re-engineering the body, for long-term results. We look at the entire picture, top to toe. We get your joints functioning as they should. We get down to the ‘why’ behind your pain, and treat it at the cause.
